Reduces sand lumps up to 4 feet in size at rates up to 20 tph. Featuring a unique General Kinematics design, with curved deck and multiple breaker teeth, the Vibra-Mill combines vibration, agitation, tumbling, abrading, and scrubbing for complete and continuous lump reduction to original grain size. Field results show sand reduced 100% minus 20 mesh with original size distribution, and corresponding reduction in L.O.I.

• The Vibra-Drum® Dross Reclamation Mill quickly liberates precious metals from slag and dross, quickly recovering your valuable material. The VIBRA-DRUM is able to be run in either a continuous or batch process through GK’s automated retention system. Optional lifting mechanism enables the drum to both quickly clean-out when run in batch form, but also allow for product retention time when run in a continuous flow. Combining these two variables allows for the maximum of flexibility, efficiency, and product mix.

• San-Rec-Pak systems are modular by design and can be configured to fit your layout. Compact San-Rec-Paks, like the design shown, can be supplied with all functions from lumpreducing to cooling to dust collection on a single frame for easy transport and installation.

• Environmental considerations and new molding sand costs make sand reclamation a necessity. To make quality molds, the reclamation system must produce sand with lower binder content, without foreign materials or metals, at low temperatures and with even grain size distribution.
